Wondering where to eat this weekend. Here’s a list of the interesting food festivals, revamped menus and great deals around town!

Tuscan Food Festival At Spaghetti Kitchen
Chef Bill Marchetti of Spaghetti Kitchen,the famous Italian restaurant, has brought the rich culinary heritage Tuscany to Mumbai this month. The menu showcases a wide range of pulses, cheese, seafood, meats and pasta cooked with the influence of Tuscany cooking. The menu includes dishes like Parpadelle Sullanitra (handmade ribbon pasta with duck and orange bolognaise), Olive Saltate  (Tuscan bread sautéed in a virgin olive oil with chilly, garlic and herbs), Crostini Fiorentini, Risotto with American kale,broad beans and organic grapefruit juice. The Tuscan food festival ends on 22nd June’13.

Singapore Food Festival At Lotus Cafe
J W Marriott’s Lotus Cafe is hosting a Singapore food festival till 18th June’13 with Chef Thanabalan. The spread will include authentic Singaporean food like oyster omelette, Sambal prawn, seafood laksa, Singapore chilli crab, Nasi Lemak (chicken curry served with coconut rice, boiled egg, prawn Sambal and peanuts) and Sambal Eggplant.

Midnight indulgence @ half the price at Cafe MangiiCafe Mangii has come up with a very interesting offer for hungry souls between 11:00 pm to 1.30 am from 6th June’13. You can enjoy their scrumptious Italian fare of pastas, pizzas, risotto and much more at 50% off on your wine and dine bill during the late dinner hours.

African Menu At Cafe Pico
Not a food festival but if you are in the mood of trying a new cuisine then why not opt for the African menu that Cafe Pico has to offer. Their menu has great Africa inspired dishes like Suya chicken (Nigerian dish of chicken and pepper skewers served with a peanut based sauce), Broken wheat and green lentil salad (An Ethiopian salad made with broken wheat, green lentils, sundried tomatoes with a lime and garlic dressing) and Spicy Mozambique Chicken.

New Menu At Yauatcha
Yauatcha, the dim sum and tea house in BKC, has re-launched the ‘Taste of Yauatcha’ menu. It is a four course set lunch which will be served between 12:30 pm to 4:00 pm from Monday to Friday. The menu features their signature dishes like hot and sour soup, crystal dumpling, stir fry beans, pumpkin and pinenut dumpling, duck roll, chicken claypot, ice creams and sorbets. The preset vegetarian meal is priced at Rs. 888 and the non vegetarian meal is for Rs. 988 (not inclusive of taxes).
