How many times have you been caught off guard when an unexpected guest shows up or there is no time to whip up a salad or a snack for a party with friends? At these moments delicious spreads can help you create your own brushchetta bar or warm dips with chips or veggies can make for an excellent appetizer.

There are a few of these “magic dip makers” who have taken it onto them to make sure that your dip and chip platters, gorgeously dressed salads and humble bread slathered with flavourful spreads make your party a big success always. Here are our few favourite go to people for dips and spreads in Mumbai.

Yellow Butterfly
Run by Shivani Tolia who is an architect but found her true passion in making dips, salad dressings and even flavoured butter. She always felt that during parties the host could never give full justice to dips cause of all the prep time needed for the mains, so she decided to concentrate on just dips and salad dressings. Her menu contains a huge range of dips for which she takes orders for parties and gifting. Considering that the dips have no preservatives their shelf life isn’t more that 4-5 days but we’d say “eat it fresh!!”
P.S.: She does consider special requests for Jain dips!
What’s hot? Strawberry butter, chili chocolate dip and white bean dip topped with olives and jalapenos.
How to order? You can contact Shivani at 9820057099 or just drop her a mail at: shivanitolia@gmail.com.

They can truly liven up your party or be a part of your everyday healthy sancking. Jazz up your juliened veggies with these dips or slather some warm spinach and artichoke dip on crispy toast! She does consider your health requirements and suggests you dips accordingly.
