With summer in its full glory, who wouldn’t want to unwind with exotic Cuban cocktails while Latin music plays in the background? Though we can’t head to the Caribbean islands now, we can get a feel of it right here in Mumbai. Welcome Loca Loca, a recently launched Cuban bar.

About Loca Loca
Loca Loca is a new Cuban themed bar in Khar launchd on 21st April 2013 to replace WTF! by Kishore D.F., the man behind The Big Nasty. Based on the concept of love and happiness combined with cheerful Cuban music, this bar is all set to give you a sunny experience. It is divided into two sections, the alfresco bar area with ancient scrap windows that have plants growing around it. It is adorned with high tables, tiny coffee tables with benches, hand painted wall art of Cuban buildings and threaded ceilings. The section inside has a colourful feel thanks to pastel green, blue, yellow and red colour scheme to keep up with Cuban feel and an installation of Cuban hats and maracas (Cuban music rattles).

Food at Loca Loca
Loca Loca serves a variety of food ranging from a selection of BBQ items, sandwiches, burgers and wraps, to Tex Mex offerings which include chicken and cocoa mole, chorizo with brun and beef enchiladas. They will serve signature dishes with an Indian twist like Mexican chaat, Cuban sandwiches, cocoa chicken and barbeque roast beef. In drinks, you can try for fruit-based cocktails such as Cubanito with mint, sugarcane sticks and lime wedges.

Where: Vora Building, ground floor, 3rd Road, Near Khar Station, Khar West.
Time: 7pm to 1am.
