Le 15 Patisserie at Elphinstone Road has been very popular among dessert connoisseurs and macaroon-lovers ever since its launch. Pooja Dhingra, the woman behind Le 15 Patisserie has launched Studio Fifteen that will offer culinary and cooking classes for about anything and everything related to food. It shall also have a little store inside it, which will sell ingredients that aren’t easily obtainable to budding cooks.

What can I learn at Studio Fifteen?
Studio Fifteen sees a huge range of classes taught by the best chefs in the city. You can learn to bake pies and tarts, throw an awesome party, cook using only a microwave, make macaroons, and even learn how to make Instagram photos of your food stand out. It’s also important to note that such diverse class options have been made available even before the studio has actually opened.

What are the courses, timings and costs?
The studio offers a choice of class types and batches. Five weekend batches will operate, and a couple during weekdays. For the working class, 7pm classes are on hand. Studio Fifteen offers an “Express Class” for people who can’t spend months to learn cooking. In an Express Class as the name suggests, one is made to master particular dishes instead of the whole genre, teaching cooking even to those short of time.
The costs are as follows:
Express classes: Rs1,500 per person
Cooking classes: Rs2,500 per person
Baking classes: Rs2,500 per person

How do I register for a class?
Studio Fifteen is set to open on the 16th of September, but registration for their classes has already begun. You can log on to their website to register. The website offers detailed descriptions of the courses and the chef that’ll be teaching it. Payments can be made online, and you can enroll in various courses.
