Imagine a couple standing on a stage, straight – faced, clichéd pose, nothing fancy, nothing new. Is that how you would want to capture your wedding memories? Absolutely not! So move over standard wedding photography and welcome candid wedding photographers. These are the new age artists who promise to make your wedding picture perfect by capturing the candid moments. So no more fake poses and serious faces, it’s time to have some fun, after all you get married only once (in most cases).

Candid wedding photography is gaining widespread acceptance owing to the gifted eye of the photographer, the focus on the bride and groom and most importantly the ‘naturalness’ of the pictures. These photographers bring out the intricacies, colors and emotions of each step of the wedding – from the bride and groom getting ready to the actual wedding ceremony. They could also do a pre-wedding shoot at a beautiful destination or a quirky save the date picture to send out to family and friends. The highlight of their art and service is the way they understand the pulse of each client and accordingly customize their ideas and offerings. In a nutshell, they add that ‘extra special’ touch to a wedding.

Though there are several candid wedding photographers out there, we bring you our pick of amazing artists whose photographs are sure to entice you and help you make a good decision.

Writing is a passion I discovered a little late. But better late than never. When not penning my thoughts, you'll find me sniffing around for good food - trying out every new restaurant in town is a hobby. I swear by Hindi films and when doing nothing of the above you'll find me troubling my pet pooch.
